Risen Christ Lutheran Church Leadership

Risen Christ Lutheran Church is blessed to have a leadership team who are truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His will. Following are brief bio's of our leadership team and their qualifications for ministry.

Pastor Joshua Keinath

Senior Pastor

Pastor Keinath was called to Risen Christ Lutheran Church and installed in November 2022. He is the former pastor of Zion Lutheran Church in Denison and has also served at Shepherd of the Hills in Yuma, AZ.

Pastor Keinath attended Concordia University in Wisconsin and Concordia Seminary in St. Louis. He served his vicarage at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Fredericksburg, VA.

Pastor Keinath is married to his wife Amber who is a Registered Nurse and most recently a Real Estate agent in the Myrtle Beach area. They have two boys, ages 7 and 9. In their spare time, they enjoy sports, traveling and spending family time together.

Pastor Timothy Phanco

Assistant Pastor

Pastor Tim was ordained and installed at Risen Christ Lutheran Church in July 2024. Pastor Tim enrolled in the Specific Ministry Program (SMP) to study to become a minister after a successful career in engineering. While Pastor Tim performs his duties as Assistant Pastor, he will continue to work on his studies which he will complete in two years. Pastor Tim and his wife Sue have two grown sons and three grandchildren.
